Homemade Mayonnaise

Makes approximately 1 ½ – 2 Cups Mayonnaise

Place the following in a wide mouth Mason Jar and blend on high using an immersion or stick blender for 30 seconds:

2 eggs (or equivalent substitute)

½ Cup Grapeseed Oil or Avocado Oil

1 ½ Tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Coconut Sugar (optional)

1 teaspoon Dry Mustard Powder

1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt

Then slowly pour in:

1 Cup Grapeseed Oil or Avocado Oil (1/2 Cup at a time)

Blend for 30 secs – 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.

Store in a covered mason jar in the refrigerator. Best when used within 7 – 10 days.
