To get ready for most of my baking recipes, I first get a large container and measure out my rice flours for ease of future use. Here is what I add to it:
8 Cups of Authentic Foods Brand White Rice Flour
2 Cups of Authentic Foods Brand Sweet Rice Flour
If for some reason I don’t have enough to make that much, I will make the batch smaller:
4 Cups of Authentic Foods Brand White Rice Flour
The reason I use this particular brand is because it is ground very fine and works wonders in these recipes, plus, there is no risk of contamination.
