​Vegan Homemade Mayonnaise

In a Mason Jar, add: 

1/2 Cup Culinary Coconut Milk Lite

2 Tbsps Lemon Juice

1 tsp Ground Mustard

1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt

3/4 tsp Konjac Powder

Blend with a stick blender, then pour in while blending until fully mixed:

1 1/4 Cup Algae Oil

Store in the refrigerator and use within 7-10 days.
